Policies and Returns

We want your experience at Happy Haven to be easy and fantastic! We strive to be set apart by our excellent customer service! We hope that you are happy with each item you receive but if not, we are here to help navigate any issues! All our policies are listed below. POLICIES:

  • You can exchange unworn merchandise purchases for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 2 WEEKS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. Items MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND RECEIPT IN ORDER TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Original receipt or proof of purchase date required to be with merchandise when you mail it back or return in . NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ONE OF A KIND MERCHANDISE.
  • Online purchase returns can be mailed to: 4300 Pouncey Tract Rd. Suite Z. Glen Allen, VA 23060
  • We do not offer return labels at this time, but feel free to contact us for assistance.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached.
  • Original invoice must be included with your return package. 
  • Returned items will be inspected upon return. You will receive an email once inspection is complete and will be notified about your issued credit to your original form of payment. Store credit may be offered instead of refund on depending on the situation. 
  • All SALE ITEMS are final sale. NO returns or exchanges.
  • Online orders are processed within 1-2 days of the order being placed. An email is sent when the order has been processed by the designated shipping company.
