Policies and Returns

We want your experience at Happy Haven to be easy and fantastic! We strive to be set apart by our excellent customer service! We hope that you are happy with each item you receive but if not, we are here to help navigate any issues! All our policies are listed below. POLICIES:

  • You can exchange unworn merchandise purchases within 10 days of original purchase date. Items must have original tags still attached in order to be exchanged. Original receipt or proof of purchase date required to be with merchandise when you mail it back.
  • Online purchase returns can be mailed to: 3719 Favero Road Richmond, Virginia 23233
  • We do not offer return labels at this time.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached.
  • Original invoice must be included with your return package. 
  • Returned items will be inspected upon return. The owner of Happy Haven will then email you about your return and then notify you any issued credits to your form of payment. Store credit may be offered instead of refund on form of payment depending on the situation. 
  • All SALE ITEMS are final sale...no returns or exchanges.
